Elastomere für Membranen

DiaCom hat einen umfangreichen Bestand an Elastomer-(Gummimischungen)-Formulierungen entwickelt, um den Anforderungen einer Vielzahl von Rollmembrananwendungen gerecht zu werden, und unterhält einen hauptberuflichen Gummichemiker, der ständig an der Entwicklung von Gummiformulierungen arbeitet, um den Anforderungen einer sich ständig verändernden Industrie gerecht zu werden.

DiaCom arbeitet mit allen Arten von Gummimaterialien wie Nitril, EPDM, Polychloroprene (Neoprene®), Fluorsilikon, Silikon, SBR, Fluorelastomeren (Viton®), Epichlorhydrin (Hydrin®) und Vamac®, HNBR, FEPM, (Aflas®, Viton Extrem®). Es wurden spezielle Verbindungen entwickelt, zu denen FDA-konforme, chloraminresistente NSF-61-zertifizierte und EN-549-zertifizierte Verbindungen für den Einsatz im Propan gehören.

Gummi hat eine Vielzahl von physikalischen Eigenschaften wie Zugfestigkeit, Dehnung, Modul, Druckverformungsrest und Reißfestigkeit sowie chemische Kompatibilität. Alle diese Eigenschaften müssen bei der Auswahl eines Gummis für die Verwendung in einer Rollmembran berücksichtigt werden.
